DISC is how you do what you do.

It is an assessment that measures four behavioral styles, Dominance,Influence, Steadiness and Conscientious.

Although you have some level of each of these types, your behavioral tendencies center around one or two of the types.  Our favorite DISC Assessment uses a patented forced-ranking set of questions to determine which type you are most like.

What do you do with the DISC information?  Plenty.

  1. By better understanding yourself, the behaviors, reactions, motivators, ideal work environment and characteristics, you have a foundation by which to better understand how you affect your environment and how it affects you.
  2. By increasing your knowledge of the contributions and benefits other types can add to work, life and relationships, you can increase your your value for others and work toward better relationships.
  3. You can improve your communication with others as well.  By slightly changing a few components during communication, you can reduce obstacles to understanding.

It all starts with understanding more about yourself.  You will be amazed at what shedding a little light on behaviors and communication can have on reducing anxiety for you and others.  Increase your confidence and ability to ‘connect’ with others with the tools given in the personalized report.
