With countries on lock down around the world and an unprecedented number of employees working remote, I wanted to release an easy to use training that can be quickly implemented and used to help these new teams build healthy connections.
I’ll do the online training if you facilitate the web conference with your team. Simply share the PDF workbook for them to print at home, schedule the web conference and play the training videos. As long as you can run a web conference and share your screen you are ready to roll out this team DISC training program!

The DISC assessment is a measurement of your behavioral tendencies – how you go about doing things. Understanding the differences between ourselves and others helps create understanding and connection.
This program is designed specifically for remote online teams to help build the trust necessary to work effectively together.
As the Team Leader, you have complete control over how much or how little so share each session. You can implement this training over multiple small increments or all together in a half-day event. You’ll also have access to the training videos to share online during the event to explain and walk through every exercise for you, so you simply need to gather everyone online and hit play and pause between the exercises.
You do not need any formal training or presentation skills to create a great online DISC training, just:
- Send the PDF of the workbook for your remote team to print at home
- set up a team video conference
- Play the videos and watch your team engage, learn and connect
The pdf workbook includes a Mini-DISC Assessment for each person to take during the training and score themselves. It is easy to self-score and identifies their primary DISC style.
